the malformation in the lungs is cause by a mutant gene that is present contained by your cells. because this gene is still present within the cloned cells, the cloned lung will hold the same deformity as the one you're looking to replace. so that's one problem.
since this hasn't been done even so, we can't tell for sure what complications could take place during the process of organ development and how that would impact the vigour of the transplantee.
