Can inheritance and computers be used to clone your facade for an exact-fit-face transplant (ie the for disfigured)

The first face transplant seem to be a success. However a receiver in such a procedure have to take anti-rejection medication for life span to be sure they keep their facade. A person's face is a decisive and essential aspect for social and emotional survival. Could we (not cloning nescessarily) use stem cell and graphic design to grow a ready-made transplant facade (nose, lips, eyes, ears, eyebrows blood vessel, fat cell nerves, all of it) from a pre-disfigurement picture?

Come rear in a few hundred years. Your frontage will be ready.
i suppose they could someday.but your clone would after have to be walking around town short a face..lol
Not a randomness at all. Outside factor affect that development. Look at "identical" twins. Overcoming the problem of getting a clone later the part give or take a few only getting one organ or module of the body to grow you still cannot duplicate conditions the original started next to. Identical twins don't look the same as conditions shape them changed.
