There is someone who enter medical school 3 years ago and he be 12 years old. I estimate he went to University of Chicago or something. He's probably 15 by in a minute and he's going to be 16 when he gets his MD. So as of immediately, the person who get his MD at age 21 is the youngest.
I have hear of a girl in the US getting her MD at the age of around 15. I don't know where or even her pet name, but I read it in a populaar magazine.
