Can I draw from HIV from petting a monkey??
Answer:
Well if you are more than friends, you'd better get that monkey something for Valentine's Day.
HIV will be transmitted from one body to another when there's a exchange of body fluid, including but not restricted to, blood & semens... in any event, any one of the party carry the HIV virus will be a risk to the other party when they're involved contained by the exchange of body fluid, including but not limited to, sexual intercourse (with or w/o ejaculation of the male's semen into the other party), contact of HIV+ blood via cuts, bit by the HIV+ & delivery of donated blood from HIV+. in ur casing, unless either u or the monkey have HIV virus or has get the virus from others, neither of u will get HIV... but dilly-dallying of other potential risk is there besides HIV which could be transmitted from an animal to human via irregular activities between the two... as the animal may look fine carrying the virus or suppressed/inactive cells/tissues but when these microrganism become busy in human body next to some slight change surrounded by condition (temperature, chemical etc.), it may harm the human within a way or another.
If it bit you or slobbered on a cut it could infect you.
Some animals convey viruses that can be vastly deadly to humans.
People don't usually associate that intimately so the verbs of a virus is not likely.
In the far east society often live beside their live stock[chickens and pigs] they do have a verbs of viruses that continually mutate,to be exact why we have flu epidemics every years.
please be serious. HIV is a enormously serious disease with serious consequences.
