First of adjectives, I wholeheartedly second the first answer.

You should not under any circumstance interrupt antidepressants on your own. it wishes to be gradual and only a medic can dosify it contained by such manner.

Second of adjectives, the selectivity of Prozac (fluoxetine) being a serotonin reuptake inhibitor surrounded by the brain makes it pretty safe to toxic effects (I'm not discussion side effects of medication, I'm saying toxicity due to prozac is awfully, very intermittent and rather benign- it won't exact major problems).

Go. to. your. doctor.
Speak to your doctor. Raise your specific concerns. If you consistency the risks outweigh the benefit, WORK WITH YOUR DOCTOR to lower your dose or stop entirely. DO NOT, repeat DO NOT STOP BY YOURSELF. Medications like Prozac and other SSRIs must be calmly eased out of the system. Otherwise the symtoms they originally treated may return, much stronger. Consult your doctor!
