D.O. doctor/physican?
Answer:
There are two types of medical schools.
Allopathic medical school which confer a MD degree and Osteopathic Medical Schools which confer a DO scope.
Basically both types of schools are similar near the difference being DO school stress a more holistic approach and they teach osteopathic manipulation as piece of the curriculum. They also encourage in that graduates to aim careers within primary care medication.
Both types of doctors are otherwise similarly qualified and take the exact licensure exams.
D.O. - osteopathic physician or a doctor of osteopathic prescription.
M.D medical doctor, O.D osteopathic medicine...both are doctor but they enjoy a diff. approach.
M.D is a regular doctor
I would not go to an O.D., though he have license to practice
