Blood trial tomorrow?

Im getting a blood test at the doctor's tomorrow to question paper for aneamia, and also because I've had a cough and cold for ages.
Thing is, I've smoked for ages (yes I know it's silly) but is it possible for the doctor to put in the picture by looking at my throat?
And also I've taken weed in the later week or so, will they detect that im my blood?
PLUS (and now I'm sounding approaching a right heathen) I'm also on the Pill, and if they give me antibiotics, will that effect me weakly?

Answers:    As embarrassed as you may be (although you hold no reason to be...it is your body and you enjoy complete freedom), you MUST tell your doctor the intact truth and nothing but the truth roughly your lifestyle before any treatments are administered. When a blood theory test is run, usually the doctors and technitians are very specific contained by what they look for (ie iron levels for anemia, hematocrit level, presence of various toxins). It is totally costly to run extraneous tests so if the doctor is specifically looking at iron level, they probably won't run a random drug check just for giggle. However, you MUST tell your doctor is you smoke, drink, use drugs, or are on any medication (prescribed or otherwise). Even if it is an illicit drug and you are ashamed or afraid or ill-treatment, you MUST inform your doctor of your lifestyle and recreational activities. These are exceedingly important pieces of information that can severely affect your vigour. Only your doctor will know about perilous drug interactions and side-effects about specific treatments so you must allow your doctor to construct the most well-informed edict. Your well-being depends on it!

I'm sorry if I sound too ardent...I work surrounded by health consideration and have see my fair share of avoidable tragedies because a tolerant wasn't 100% up-front with their doctors and nurses. Honestly, we won't conciliator you and HIPPA forbids us from revealing confidential patient information unless the schedule of the patient directly injure themselves or others. So, don't verbs that your doctor will judge you just about being sexually involved, smoking weed, or drinking. We just want to lend a hand you! :-)
They won't detect weed unless they are testing for it. You can make clear to your doctor this information if it might relate to your health, and they cannot report you for it. It's call confidentiality.
