Please aid w/sleeping?

I move around a lot contained by my sleep, so much so that it disturbs my boyfriend so he sleeps on the couch a lot. My Dr. requirements me to have a sleep study done, but this is unrealistic due to my financial situation. Has anyone else have this problem? What helped contained by your personal experience? Maybe you should sleep on the couch instead of your boyfriend and see how lots times you fall sour the couch. Maybe your body will stop moving so much.
Sounds to me like you entail a new mattress. If the feeble one is uncomfortable you move around more trying to find a comfy spot.

Oh yeah! it happen to me everytime before i bought a hot mattress! try to find a new mattress that best fits your condition! pressure points i deduce is the reason!
Try taking a sleeping aid. It may give support to you sleep more soundly therefore not moving as much.
