don't stop taking your meds with out conversation to your doctor. stopping "cold turkey" from an antidepresnt could send you into an all-time low, or even mete out suicidal thoughts.
please talk to your doctor. i'm on lexapro, myself and thought i be "better" and stop taking them, it was not pretty. PLEASE communicate to your doctor.
I stopped taking mine cold turkey about 4 months ago, I haven't notice any side effects. You should probably consult with a doctor though.
Some relations are more sensitive to medications than others. It is possible that you could enjoy a side effect. One common side effect associated next to the sudden stopping of antidepressant/antianxiety medications is a sense of vertigo. This is close to when you feel your chief is swimming and you may get for a while dizzy. Have you ever gone a day minus it (maybe because you forgot to take it)? If so, and you didn't enjoy any problems, you may be ok. However it is best to "wean" yourself off of medication that your body have learned to depend on. You are supposed to ween sour of it because you can have severe spring back depression and suicidal thoughts due to your brain NOT receiving that chemical anymore. Take a month and taper past its sell-by date. Good Luck!
