the blood is digested by stomach acids so the rh factor etc. are irrelevant....
as a human you can get sick from drinking like mad of blood though, it's iron content etc. is not meant for our diet,

Ok ok not quite well brought-up evidence since there aren't lots left...but you digest blood since it's used, so the proteins that your blood type is based on are denatured and digested earlier they can clot. A denatured protein is an unhappy protein, and doesn't work the way it ususally does; same process within cooking an egg: the heat denatures the white permanatly, and it turns from clear to dark.
edit: fun certainty: your stomach and digestive system isn't really part of inside you...it's a tube that go all the road though you, so what's inside your stomach/mouth is really outside your body. Wierds me out thinking about that.
