Am I at risk for food poisoning?
I know that the hydrochloric acid contained by my stomach can kill microbes, but I am asking if I ate enough of the dip to significantly affect me.

Risk yes. If you start to vomit or have diarrhea, you probably get a light shield. Take some Pepto and sip lots of water. If you are not better in 48 hours go see a doctor. A blood exam will tell if you have food poisoining.
