When I cry.I can literally touch my Heart hurt. Why is this going on.and what should I do?

I would assume it's because crying requires a lot of pressure placed on the thoracic cavity (like when you move about to the toilet and close the windpipe while exerting pressure with the diaphragm, the valsalva manoeuver). that change the cardiac pace (venous return, preload, etc. etc.) and ably, the strength with which you do it cause strain on the rib cage (i'd more emphatically suggest your pain is of the cartilage and membranes around the sternum, not moderately so much of the heart.
Crying is a good bearing to releive all of the distress that you are feeling. If you're crying you're heart is palpably hurting over something or else you wouldn't be crying. But, you're probably certainly feeling effects of the stress placed upon you

since you know in your mind that love deal with the heart (not really) your heart literally be heart. it's like if i told you one item and you went on the rest of your duration believing it ad when it finally happen you assumed that what you were going through be normal.
I love to cry! Sometimes I look for movies that engender me cry, just for the sake of crying.
You are probably hurting because your heart is severely sensitive. And when you cry your pain is restorative, slowly but surely. It is like a spanking new rebirth, almost approaching a baptism. Water can work miracles contained by your heart.

I'm sure the emotions you are inkling have an autonomic component which also affects your heart.
Most of these answers are OK, but if you can get the impression your heart fluttering/skipping and it hurts, see a doctor. There could be an underlying rythm problem. Some are harmless, some can decimate you. (Sorry if I scared you)
