I think your cross-question got a moment or two lost in translation,but i used to work surrounded by a pharmacy,you dont need a form to be in motion to another chemist,if they haven't got the full amount rob back your perscription and jump to another pharmacy if its urgent,if you can wait the pharmacist will directive the remaining pills which you can pick up at a later date.For out of hours services within are a few that remain open till 10 pm,some boots chemists do,but not adjectives.
I understand what you're getting at I deduce. You have a regular prescription you bring back filled monthly. You walk to the same chemist adjectives the time and they keep your prescription on wallet. (How am I doing so far). You can't get near on time su you want to know will an alternative chemist riddle the prescription if you produce the printed docket the chemist gave you the final time you filled the prescription.
Short answer.No. Sorry. The second chemist can't compress a prescription based on that docket because they enjoy no way of describing from it how many repeats you're entitled to stuff.
The only track round it is to hold on to your prescription in adjectives but for this time round you need to return with someone to do you a favour and collect the prescription for you. Alternatively ring the chemist that's holding your prescription and ask them can they do anything for you as a once sour. They might be able to phone the prescription to a different chemist for you.
