I took some ibuprofen the other year and lost adjectives sense of agitation. WHY?

I took like 1 ibuprofen. im 15. after a while i notice i wasnt feeling on edge anymore and for a while didnt get scared.
i know there is a foundation but i just cant pinpoint it.
