Demyelination
Demyelination is the term used for a loss of myelin, a substance within the white matter that insulates impertinence endings. Myelin help the nerves receive and interpret messages from the brain at maximum speed. When nerve ending lose this substance they can not function properly, leading to patch of scarring, or ‘sclerosis’, occurring where effrontery endings enjoy lost myelin. It is these areas of scarring that give multiple sclerosis its signature.
Demyelination is the root cause of the symptoms that populace with MS experience. When it occur the speed at which messages pass along the nerves is slower than middle-of-the-road. Even when the patches of scarring cause by demyelination have heal and re-myelination has occur, the response time of the nerve ending tends to remain slower.

most common one would be multiple sclerosis. near is no known correlation between MS and SLE.
Everything that Dr. Dave said. And if truth be told, it could be related to your lupus. MS and lupus are both considered to be autoimmune. Occasionally, MS in misdiagnosed as lupus.
