Hospital consideration / HMO?

And indiviual enter a large intercity hospital Dallas Tx Saturday afternoon next to at least a broken hip. The hip is replaced Monday afternoon, the relatives is advised to bulk for the doctor in patients room not within the sugary weighting room. No doctor appears, next morning tuesday the doctor drops by for 2 minutes and advises he is departing town for a couple of days. The patient see no other doctor. Wed. patient is advise he will be transfered to rehab next hours of daylight. Thursday patients blood pressure goes on a roller coaster, temp drops to a touch over 93, patients is clammy body cavity very bloated. forgiving is dismissed from hospital at 5:00pm without a doctor seeing him, forgiving dies 10:00pm
My question is, is this mundane care this morning and time.

Answer:
no, this is NOT normal. if this happend to a friend or home member, you call for to take some conduct. if the healthcare facility is not helping or answering your questions presently, you should be contacting a pro-bono lawyer to lend a hand you figure out where on earth things went wrong and hold the hospital/HMO in charge for what happened. probably they could not have prevented the extermination, but you deserve answers, and if nothing else, the medium should be involved to "shame" this HMO from neglecting forgiving care contained by the future.
if the events truly transpired the agency you described, i think you enjoy sufficient grounds to at least start an inquiry. i don't surmise that's appropriate care.

why weren't you asking the doctors or nurses any question when it was going on instead of posting questions on yahoo after the certainty?
