When you appropriate ANY antibiotics you should never take alcohol. You won't own any weird side effect, but it simply won't work. Which means that you own to start taking the complete course of antibiotics again. But before you transport them again you have to hang about a while..so it will be like a month or so past you get any better.

And once you start taking them, you must nick them at regular intervals, and ALL of them. Even if you feel better partly way through, you should ALWAYS finish the course or it will come rear.

Alcohol is not recommended when taking any antibiotics, it reduce the effectiveness of the drug, and you may hold to take another course of antibiotics.

penicillin is FINE beside MODERATE alcohol. Other antibiotics are absolutely not (eg metronidazole).
Penicillins adjectives work fine with alcohol.
Your Dr will say-so no as its best not to mix EtOH with ANY drug unless you hold some medical training.
