Since it is a capsule which ability it can be opened and ANYTHING can be put inside of it, even rat poison, you really should throw it away and not hold it. No matter what you be told it was, the scenario is one and the same as if you left your drink at the block to go waltz and came final and of course someone could've slipped something into it---I don't diligence if it was from your best friend travel to a doctor if you need torment medicine... you are taking your existence in your hand by taking a capsule from someone---again medication OPEN UP- please throw it away take aleve or advil for stomach-ache
