Zinc recommended dose ?

Hello, I bought the mineral a few days ago with the purpose to treat acne.I've see on websites that the recommended dose that we should take is 50mg a hours of daylight however in the zinc bottle i own is labelled that 15 mg is ample and I shouldnt exceed the recommended dose . should i take more than the recommended ?
