Reducing large blood pressure pills.?
currently her blood pressure is 120 or lower in most days but some times once surrounded by a week it is 140. she asked me what if taking a pill every the other day or partially pill a day instead of a pill every time.
i know asking doc is the best answer.

You're right that the best thing to do would be to ask your doctor. Couldn't you bid the office instead of making an appointment? Lots of office can give warning by phone.
Recommendations are that you keep your (resting) blood pressure below 130/80, or 120/70 if you enjoy heart disease or diabetes. So if your wife is consistently getting blood pressures below 120/70, and she has enact lifestyle modifications, it wouldn't be unreasonable to ask your doctor to wean the medication.
Do not mess with the medication.. I asked matching question two years ago.. She's primarily on it for life.. Mine's genetic.. I run, exercise.. drink very stout and with out it.. it would jump back up.. I transport a low dosage too. .Dr. knows best! Good luck. Mine runs around 117/75 to 125/80...
