Due to your poor choice of words, it is hard to know what exactly it is you are asking. You could use cryogenics to slay people. Just infuse someone in fluid nitrogen. Death should be instantaneous.
Check Ken Storey's research! There's animals in disposition (some frogs, red squirrels) that freeze solid during the winter and then come stern to life within spring.
He's been doing research on rime nucleating proteins, anoxia and freeze tolerance that will blow your heads sour.
For cryogenics to work I think that the being will have to be frozen in a jiffy without dying from hypothermia.
Freezing a unmoving person will preserve his/hers body and tissue but we must not forget why that entity died and it was probably because of extensive and irretrievable damage to the body, which ability once "defrosted" the person will hold to have some wonderful treatment which would probably be the answer to eternal natural life!
Maybe I'm being pessimistic but I believe that if such a treatment is possible, it won't be around for a very long time. So, formulate yourself at home in that freezer!
