No, I honestly wouldn't interest because, even though I now it's fruitless, I rarely ever finish my prescription medication anyway.
However, solid types of pain meds would be terribly noticeable if, utter, four pills were be taken because patients who are prescribed such meds have to be in motion on a government detail and pharmacies have to justification for every prescription they fill.
