There is little you can do minus medical treatment. You will not die but its gonna suck for a while.
Any amount of amanita is poisonous. I would think fatal at 6 -10 grams. You have to include the posibility of falling down, drowing contained by the sink and things like that while you are tripping. Honestly I would not do this again if I be you.
