One more tonsil piece.??

It seems my tonsils hold holes in them. is that well-mannered or not good?? It looks close to cheese with holes, but (flaming red) next to small white dots.. thanks for adjectives the answers on my other tonsil question.. I will jump see a doctor!!

You have Follicular Tonsillitis, also call Lacunar tonsillitis.The lacunae are filled next to a cheesy substance, consisting of epithelial cells and diverse micrococci, and, protruding from the crypts, give the tonsil a spotted appearance; the mucous membrane between the crypts is bright red, and bathed beside a creamy pus, sometimes resembling a membrane, and may be mistaken for diphtheria.
The treatment of choice is Penicillin V, with Erythromycin or an oral Cephalosporin as alternatives for ethnic group allergic to penicillin.

Get thee to a dr for some drugs! It's any tonsillitis or strep..or both. I just this week get over a case of strep--but have the patchy infection lump thingies. Go, it'll only find worse and you don't want that!!

it's an infection.can be a variety of different bacterias cause the infection..such as strep. go into your physician and ask for a throat culture.if most bacterial infections can be cured wityh penecillin or amoxacillin because they are broad spectrum antibiotics..consequence they kill a general range of germs.but if they say you own strep ask your doctor for a "Z-Pack" its a streptococous specific antibiotic that will clear the infection in 4 days whith one and only taking 1 pill a day.all right 2 pills the 1st day. If your doctor looks at you funny and asks you what a z-pack is..roll your eyes at them and make clear to them it's the abreviated term for zythromax. and it's better than taking a broad spectrum antibiotic 3 times a year for 2 weeks..then find yourself a doctor who know what they're doing.
