The pyrethroid termiticide Biflex have poisoned my son & I. It diffused via the slab into my section. Anyone else?

The termiticide was pumped into drill holes around my concrete slab. I get really ill when I could smell the pesticide one pumped in (dizziness, loss of coordination, nausea, headache), and afterwards -- 2 weeks later -- I developed severe integrated pains and muscle pains throughout my body. My son was poisoned too. Life have been proper hell, and the New South Wales Department of Housing (who ordered the termiticide treatment even when they knew for 3 years prior to me moving into the part that I suffered chemical sensitive asthma) refuses to adopt that ANYTHING has happen to me or that they are responsible!! Anyone else with a similar experience? I've have an MRI and SPECT scans of my brain and in attendance is brain damage, which is why I have to stop working on my PhD in Sociology at the University of Western Sydney. A toxicologist/pharmacologist say we've definitely be poisoned by the pesticide.

In addition to bifenthrin, the helpful ingredient in Biflex, this formulation contains aromatic hydrocarbons which could rationalization for your symptoms. Continued exposure is not healthy but, from what I see contained by the literature, it looks like at hand should be no lasting disability. If you intend to pursue this surrounded by the legal system, document everything!

you should bargain with a legal representative. a good one if you can deal with, those guys are expensive but a consultation should be enough to relay you if you have a baggage or not.

i'm no lawyer but it sounds approaching either the pest control company or the housing company is responsible. someone srewed up and it wasn't you
sue them
