500 MG of Acetaminophen. A mild analgesic commonly certain as Tylenol.

NO 1, 2, 3 or 4.

Just plain Tylenol.

If the pill is round, it PROBABLY plain old tylenol, however if the pill is oval within shape, there is a angelic possibility it is methadone. Just flush the thing down the toilet and telephone it good.
