Try getting a prescription for Ditropan. It is an antispasmotic and greatly releaves the agony you are describing assuming you don't have an urinary tract infection.
Go to the doctor, own him rule out another problem. Try the ditropan if he thinks it is bladder spams. It doesn't own to be the Topamax.
Consider a different medication if it gets to be a definite problem.but make sure specifically the cause. The ditropan will work.
