Anyone tried Miralax ?

Just wondering what to expect... my Gastroenterologist just prescribed this for me and Im for a moment more than a little bit leery of what to expect near this. Am I going to have an URGENT call for to go to the bathroom , or obverse an explosive situation? (ha).. Is this going to be painful at adjectives ? Anyone experienced this medication before ?

Polyethylene glycol, right? I be just prescribed this medication almost 3 weeks ago. Prior to this I tried everything from excessive hydration to fiber, enemas, and laxatives and nothing worked. Miralax have been working great for me. I really resembling it because it dissolves completely in doesn`t matter what you chose to mix it in and it have no flavor or gritty texture. I think the average dosage is 17 grams per day but my nurse told me that I could filch 17 grams up to 4 times a day. This is what happen...... I took two doses for the first two days and one dose on the third day and later came the bowel movement. It wasn't urgent, explosive or scratchy....just feel like a automatic "need to jump." I then discontinued taking it for a few days and afterwards resumed again and it worked the same track. I'm not sure how it will work if you take it continuously but I numeral it will be no different.
