i know for a fact that patients fake to us. when i can smell the alcohol on your breath and you tell me you haven't have anything to eat or drink since closing night, i'm pretty sure you're simply telling me what i want to hear so i won't end your surgery.
nope, he is my doctor and he can't treat me to the best of his knowledge lacking knowing what i've done to my body.
No because I have never used unjust drugs and dont plan to.

bullsh*t. everyone does. habitually just little fib, but sometimes ones that affect your health. Some populace are embarrassed more or less something, others think a trustworthy answer will affect their care. Children sometimes meditate things will get them contained by trouble. Med students are actually qualified to get the parents out of the room to grasp a more truthful answer, especially with regard to drugs, alcohol and sex, although even then it is not a guarantee of a straight answer. I hold never had a single merciful admit to drug use, even though I know only out of the volume at least one of them have. Fact is, everything you tell your doctor is confidential, and cannot be admit into court. We can usually tell when you are full of it anyway. We aren't in attendance to judge you, but we want all the information if you want proper precision.
