There are always better treatments, better diagnostics, better equiptment person come up with adjectives the time.. A doctor's profession is as much constant learning as it is treating populace.

You practice something that you do. it is an expression. A lawyer practices canon. it's a nice way of proverb "does". and so its meaning within this case is not the conventional target of practice which is to rehearse, but rather it conveys doing. adjectives in a project.
