good luck.
The standard things: adequate sleep, play, and exercise. The is no anti-stress pill. Too much stress will certainly lead to illness. Then you'll be out of control of your ability to deal with it as you want to. So take the proactive step now while you still can.

A friend of mine had a great rule for keeping a balanced life: "Play as hard as you work, work as hard as you play."
read quraan you will be ok
Laughter is a very good medicine for stress it helps you as a programmer .
There is no "stress pill", but there are a lot of soothing herbal remedies. Lavander aromatherapy is great (if you're from Asia, you might want to search for ylang-ylang essential oil), and I hear sandalwood is pretty effective too. Chamomile tea is the best if you want to calm down, and peppermint is very refreshing.

There's also this product called Memory DD that enhances brain health. Gingko biloba, too. You should check it out.
I wouldnt recomend for you to take any medication for stress. Get rid of it by taking a hot bath, drinking chamomile tea with some honey ( It really does work), meditation is great, excersice...there are so many things you could do instead of putting chemicals in your body.
