My childminder's son have measles but he have both MMR vaccinations- how adjectives is this?

My eldest son is in duplicate class- is he at risk? What about my daughter- she's newly recovering from chicken pox?

Answers:
The effect of MMR (and many other vaccination also) diminish after a certain extent. The effective duration of MMR inoculation is about 10 years or more. For children, the risk of catching measles after MMR is undercooked.
Recovering from chicken pox, however, should allow the body to retain enough imperviousness against chicken pox, so chicken pox is one-time thing. Moreover, chicken pox within adults are nearly asymptomatic.
