Any educated doctor know there is no great risk to him/her one-sidedly in treating HIV or AIDS patients.sounds close to some sort of holier than thou personal reaction on the section of the doctor. Doctor's choose thier specialty, so you can always find another that WILL treat- similar to an infectious disease specialist.

Yes, find another doctor. Sush a doctor is intellectually incompetent. The merciful with AIDs which doesn't know it or hide it from the doctor is a more significant threat than the patient identified near AIDs. With a known tolerant appropriate precautions can be taken. Are these same precautions taken by this doc with the patient(s) he doesn't know around?
Remind him of the oath he has taken contained by medical school, if he refuse, remind him of the legal consequences, if he still refuse, sue him and tell him to scrutinize a movie called PHILADELPHIA.
