I have gotten sick near a respitory virus again after flying to Tenesee. FA's are exposed every day to assorted human pathogens. Should we culture their blood to develop a serum to cure world disease? They must have antibodies for every set pathogen in the world.

A normal vaccine is simply an organism or a derivative of one that mimicks the appearance of a doomed to failure organism, thus tricking the body to produce the correct antibody before the tangible thing comes.
