This is completely personal opinion, but frequent would argue that opthalmology would be a lead runner. Not too many emergency. Good hours and good comp.
Physical psychiatric therapy. You can have flexible hours and the psychiatric help sessions are outlined, so if you have to be away on a singular day, another physical psychotherapist can help the merciful with the treatment you own outline. It also will be more rewarding if you want to have more direct contact near your patients, because for physical therapy they will own to see you many times over several weeks.
