Does anyone know the structure of THC?
Answer:
What is it in the molecule are you trying to study to take to mean its mechanism of undertaking... THC is a cannabinoid receptor agonist. you have 2 CB receptors that are set, however i did read a paper that elude to a possible CB3. CB1 is the most abundunt receptor in your brain, however CB2 i believe can be found within many tissues of the somatic system (body). CB1 have alot to do with regulating dopamine and GABA level. So if i remember my mechanims correctly, CB1 is also a G protein receptor with the fitness to deactivate adenylate cyclase, thus dialation of several cells, links to throbbing control and ""euphoric"sensations. THC can also stimulate cell growth in parts of the brain (hippocampus for one which is responsible for study and long term memory.). as for the euphoria, is the brain/body chemistry self altered in such a route that you feel the bearing you do..

There is a huge literature on the effects of cannabinoids.
