How to government grant?

Because you are within India you need to database a patent on your invention as soon as possible. It's as simple as that.
For small inventors outside the USA near little money one solution to this problem is to file a provisional rights. But the phrase "provisional patent" is actually a misnomer. It is not a authentic patent application, it is simply document that buys the inventor one year of time surrounded by which to file their exclusive rights applications. During that one year the inventor needs to find the funding for the existing patent applications.
However I also enjoy a note of suspicion with the provisional rights process. It can be problematic if the invention disclosed in indisputable patent application (i.e. the nonprovisional application) is different from the one within the provisional application.
How different? Not much actually. If during the year you own made an improvement to the invention that could support its own government grant over the one described in the provisional government grant then the government grant office could rule that the valid application can't have the benefit of the closer provisional patent file date. For this reason heaps patent practioners don't insist on provisional applications. They advise that you should spend the extra money to profile a real rights application (i.e. the nonprovisional application) instead.
Of course you will need to hire a professional to oblige you file your application.
Other general public here on Yahoo! Answers disagree this and will advise you to do the official document work yourself; however, I have nonetheless to find an example of a case where on earth a successful inventor also patented their invention by themselves or filed their own provisional application.

You can patent your belief or invention but it needs money as it involves several procedures previously a patent is obtain. These include the identification of invention disclosures that are important for filing a government grant, analysing these invention disclosures for patentability, preparing and filing a official document application, and responding to any objection that the patent department raises near respect to the granting of the filed rights. And it involes lot of money. So it is good for zilch also their are many out of sight costs. Like attorney who files paper on your behalf. So it is righteous only for significant organisations. Once patent is granted you want to renew it annually and is valid for 25 years after that any body can use it.
If some large organisation sponser you afterwards you can do that.
I don't want to discourage you but if you feel that you own to do it then you must do some research on the government grant filing and its pros and cos, so that you can win good information the subject.
