My child has Spastic C P. And have behavioral problems at school. They hold filed charges on him. He complains alot roughly speaking hurting, but i cant get the doctors here to do much, they put him psychoanalysis once a week. Where we lived at before around 3 years ago had him contained by therapy 3 times aweek. The academy did this last year also. Im afrid they will bear him away this time. What should i do.

You really need to speak beside the principal on this one. The school district have doctors they consult with; ask for an evaluation, preferrably near a pediatric neurologist who can address the CP and his therapy wants.
As far as the behavior problem goes, you can speak beside the school psychologist.
Push the academy for another IEP meeting. You enjoy the right to do this as a parent.
