Which biomedical laboratory science area is better?

I'm going to pursue my masters in biomedical laboratory science. There are 3 area in BLS offered at the university I'm applying for, which are (Microbiology, Clinical chemistry, virology) I'm thinking of going for virology. But my question is, which one has a higher academic standards if not all the same, and which has best career offers.

Answer:
If genetic engineering progresses as it has been with the use of vectors, students of virology will surely be in huge demand. Expect the big bucks if it takes off.

This holds true for my last place of employment as well as my current one.

For a steady job market today, microbiology offers you a wider range of opportunities without sacrificing specialty which keeps you valuable.

I personally am bored to hell with microbiology, but hey its a dirty job but someone's gotta do it!

Good Luck and Cheers!
