I own extremely tiny little red dots on my arms, especially the not here one; is this a symptom of something?

It sounds close to a rash of some sort. Does it itch? Sometimes red areas similar to this is also a sign of dryness, but it sounds more like a reckless of some sort. I don't know what little red bugs you are talking give or take a few. Try cleaning your arms really well and applying a lotion on it if it is dry. You could try a hydrocortizone cream if it is itchy and if it doesn't move about away, see your doctor. They do have lotions for itchy skin to give a hand calm it down. Gold Bond an one near oatmeal in it.

do you have frenzy? check it just incase. what are your other signs and symptoms? where on earth do you live? do you know of an epidemic or pandemic in your nouns that involves fever and reckless? have you be to a place infested or has copious mosquitoes? were you exposed to any personality with equal signs and symptoms? are you allergic to anything? what was your movement prior to the rash you enjoy? did you eat anything prior to the unwary? what are body parts are involved other than your vanished arm? is the right arm also involved? are the red dots confined only to your arms? how roughly speaking the trunk? these questions are noteworthy to diagnose what you have. =)

Tiny red spots would mean blood contained by the skin because a low number of platelet counts perhaps. ITP usually have tiny red dots on the skin that form into clusters called petechiae.

2. What color is the skin, color of bumps
3. Is it blanchable (does the color go away when you press on it)
4. What size are the lesion (if any) <1mm, 3mm etc
5. Is the rash moist or dry, flaky, crusted over, lacy,pimply,pustule, mark
6 How is it distributed (scalp, hands and foot, knees)
7. Sensation (burning, itchy, painful)
IE: a non-raised blanchable red rash on my upper arms that feel warm and is tender to the touch.
a raise nonblanchable moist silvery rash next to 1mm red pinpoint lesions on my frontage that doesn't hurt, but itches a little
