My boyfriend accidently took his brothers Schizophrenia pills...what should he do?

He woke up this morning and accidently took 4 of his brothers Schizophrenia (sp) pills thinking they were Tylenol. He merely turned 18 so he does not have insurance to move about to the hospital to get detoxed. He say he feels "f*cked up" and sick to his stomache, and parts of his body are going numb and going asleep. He also almost passed out when getting out of the sports car. He's been drinking lots of river.... is there anything else he can do besides going to the doctor?

I'm sure this have resided by now, I hope, but 98% fate they are anti-psychotics, which if he didn't take too oodles he will probably pass out and sleep for 10 hours.
