Dogs can hold bufferin but you have to give the name a vet to find out the amount. I know it has to be plain bufferine not extra strength.

Aspirin is o.k. but NOT Ibuprophen or Tylenol. Ibuprophen is toxic at really low doses. I actually kill my daughter's dog by giving him Ibuprophen. Tylenol is damaging to the liver.

there are so heaps different answers here that i would just call for a vet. i wouldn't trust my dogs life to a bunch of nation who might just be guessing. no offense to the rest of the answerers, but the answers to this query are all over the place, "yes it's fine, no they will die, i ruminate it might be ok"
